LOST AND FOUND

I used to describe an artist,
A dancer,
Being "lost" in their art...
Until I realized,
They, like I, are found
In their art,
Becoming in that medium
All they desire and hope to be
At that moment,
Not "lost" at all,
But more at home,
Than most will ever be.

opens her tangle
of legs and arms and passions
drawing me inside

arched back and open
her hips curved upwards reaching
for that last pleasure

THOUGHTS ON HIGH SCHOOL LATIN

Reading ancient words,
From centuries ago,
I absorb in awe,
Thoughts of someone,
Who lived, loved,
Hated, feared,
Dared and died.
Another human of
Another place and time
Impossible to imagine,
Yet so much like
You and me.

the softest petals
covered in dew of desire
will taste the sweetest

-----

music which we make
most sweet blended notes of joy
wordless symphony

-----

true lovers alone
exploring differences
find mutual pleasures

-----

lovers together
share highest pleasures within
storms of her body

-----

while my patient lips
leave kisses and caresses
she plots my reward

-----

TO SPEND THE DAY

Care not for dress or array,
Bring but one book of poetry,
A bottle of wine,
Some bread and cheese,
And,
With these,
We will spend the day,
Reading and reciting,
Touching and kissing,
And becoming warm with
The wine and rhyme,
And the company.

MIND OF THE BOY

Whipped by wind,
Burned by sun,
Filled with stories,
Adventures upon
The Spanish Main,
Among the stars,
Upon the paved streets
Of great metropolises
Where heroes leaped
Into the fray
As do pirates,
Cowboys,
Astronauts,
Tumbling in the wind,
And mind of the boy,

witness to passion
shared moments of fulfillment
neath my helping hands

-----

tied up with desires
we lovers bound together
untying our knots

-----

i can feel you still
the pulsing of your body
sharing ecstasy

-----

let's trace love's pathways
across our bodies and minds
our own pleasure hunt
