SHE GLISTENS WITH THE WETNESS OF MOON GLOW, AND OTHER POEMS BY DONOVAN BALDWIN, WRITTEN JUNE 8, 2020
By Donovan Baldwin
She glistens with
The wetness of moon glow,
Head raised to welcome
The silver rain,
Flowing over
Her naked body,
Argent statue
In the night,
Awaiting the gleaming
Hands of her
Lover...
Sculptor...
Who will discover
The shape of her.
-----
black night echoing
with lusty passionate sighs...
fading to soft breaths
-----
upon your body
more arousing than kisses...
my soft whispered words
-----
teasing smile betrays
the hot passion of her love...
hidden for so long
-----
stimulating climb
up soft hills to hard capped peaks...
i'll rest here a while
